September 28, 2018
Students, families, and staff at Mossy Head School enjoyed Tang Math Day/Night! Greg Tang, Jr. worked with students throughout the day to share hands-on math games to enhance math skills. Teachers participated in a Professional Learning session with Mr. Tang where he was able to model problem solving strategies and introduce new math enrichment games to implement with students. The day was complete with a Family Math Night with Mr. Tang leading families through math exploration. It was a fun-filled math day for all ages!
"Dads Take Your Child to School" Day
September 28, 2018
MHS welcomed fathers, grandfathers and other family members for "Dads Take Your Child to School Day". Our visitors were able to eat breakfast with their children and then participate in a STEM activity in their child's classroom. We would like to say a special "thank you" to all the community members who came out to support our school. We always look forward to opportunities to share our students learning experiences with parents and the community. We appreciate everyone who came out to participate in this event.
