EZ School Pay

Are you interested in paying for your child's school lunch online? Please see information below:

First, you will need your child's date of birth or 10 digit student ID number to set up the payment account.

Then, visit https://ezschoolpay.com to begin making payments.

A few things you need to know:

- There is a $2.50 convenience fee for each transaction.

- The secure website lets parents establish a free account and add money using credit card, debit card or electronic check—anytime, day or night.

- With EZSchoolPay.com, parents can view their student’s meal transactions and meal account balance, as well as set a low balance reminder and receive alert notifications via email.

THE IMPORTANCE OF FREE AND REDUCED MEAL FORMS

You are highly encouraged to fill out the free and reduced meal application for your family.

The USDA will continue to update us throughout the school year, and we will notify you of new policies as they become available. Families who fill out these forms are eligible for additional benefits including reduced college testing and application fees as well as helping to provide essential funding for our schools.

We will continue to serve high quality, nutrient dense meals that students enjoy. Our school lunch program is a solely funded entity that only receives revenue from meals served. When parents and students choose to purchase a lunch from school, it is the equivalent of supporting a small business. We greatly appreciate your support.

You may apply for free or reduced meals by:

1. Applying online per household with ease at www.ezmealapp.com

**This method is the quickest, and parents that include email information will receive an email response and letter of benefit type the same day processed.

2. Submitting ONE paper application per household

Your children may qualify for free or reduced-price meals. The cost of the meals are as follows:

Breakfast:

$1.95(cost) $0.30(reduced)

Adult - $2.75

Lunch: 

$2.75 (cost) $0.40(reduced)

Adult - $4.75

Please NOTE:

If you have received a NOTICE OF DIRECT CERTIFICATION for free meals: DO NOT complete the application.

DO let the school site know if any children in your household are not listed on the Notice of Direct Certification.

Application completion by families is extremely important. Your application for Free and Reduced Lunch will impact the following.

School Funding: Increased school funding to support all students and ensure an outstanding educational experience.

Internet and Technology: WSCD can receive increased funding for internet access, wireless and network services.

College Application Fees: Discounted fees on college applications.

Access to Grants: Data gathered from meal applications allow WCSD to access competitive local, state and federal grants.

SAT, ACT, and AP Fees: Discounted fees on academic tests and exams.

School Meals: Meal application data is essential in determining future free breakfasts, lunches or both.
