Many families came to enjoy Thanksgiving Lunch with their children. We are so thankful for all our MHS families and their support for our school.
Share the Warmth
Winter Clothing Drive
Did you know? One in five children live in poverty in the United States. Many children do not have a warm coat, mittens or other items to keep them warm.
This year, our K-Kids will be collecting new or gently-used coats and mittens for this project. Please remember to check gently-used coats and mittens for stains and tears. We will be collecting coats and mittens of all sizes.
Our donations will be collected for our school community, the Burlington Coat Factory, Delivering Good’s Warm Coats, and Warm Hearts Coat Drive.
Share the Warmth Drive will begin November 27th and end on December 15th.
Students, teachers, parents, and staff joined together on November 9th to honor those who are serving or who have served in our armed forces during a Veteran's Day Program. The Headliner's performed patriotic songs to honor our Veterans. MHS students had the privilege of listening to Lt. Colonel Patton “Spike” Causey tell about his service in the military. It was a wonderful celebration honoring our Veterans. MHS says THANK YOU to all Veterans for your service!
